Privacy. Don’t worry. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products through the website.

Returns and refunds. Changed your mind? You have the right to return and be refunded for the purchased products. This right is granted only for a limited time period, ending 14 calendar days after receipt of the purchased products. You can only return products in their original condition. Opened products and used products cannot be returned. We will reimburse you the price of the products and the original shipping cost. If you choose to return products, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned products. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days of our receipt of your returned products. Warranty and Liability. Something wrong with the product? We will replace any confirmed defective product by a non-defective similar product. This remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy and our entire obligation and liability for any breach of warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the actual amount paid by you for the defective product that you have purchased through the website. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss of production, work, data, use, business, goodwill, reputation, revenue or profit, any diminution in value, costs of replacement goods, or any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

Intellectual Property. We invested a lot of time and money developing these products. You acknowledge and agree that MILY MAKE UP is and will remain the sole and exclusive owners of all intellectual property rights in and to each product made available on this website and any related specifications, instructions, documentation or other materials, including, but not limited to, all related copyrights, design rights, patents, and trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You do not and will not have or acquire any ownership of these intellectual property rights in or to the products made available through this website, or of any intellectual property rights relating to those products.

Price, Payment and Shipment. No surprises. Product prices include VAT (insofar applicable). The shipping cost will be added to your order total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation e-mail. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. If you order from outside the European Union, the customs authorities or shipping company may impose customs charges and customs handling fees. These are not included in our product price or shipping cost. You agree to pay them. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you on the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. Welcome to the land of chocolate and beer ! French law applies. No effect shall be given to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply. Any dispute will be solely brought before the Courts of Paris, France.
